If you grew up in the late sixties to early seventies, you'll love this disc. Kids born later than, say, 1973 will probably not get it at all(unless they watch a LOT of Boomerang tv). I loaned it to my older sister, and she was only a couple miles down the road when she called to tell me how much she loved it, even the harder rock versions of 'Speed Racer' and 'Gigantor', and her music tastes run more towards the Carole King/James Taylor concert coming to town, so you know it's a fun nostalgia ... I first bought this CD for my brother for xmas in '95(sort of forgot to give it to him), and since then it has been the most frequently borrowed(read stolen) cd I own. Every one has their personal favorite. I dare you not to sing along with Underdog..... you can't fight it.

And the guitar virtuosity of the Reverend Horton ... Read More

Our seven and four year old love this album and I don't mind recalling my wasted youth. The boys recognize speed racer and spiderman and have developed a new appreciation for "Gigantor!"
I recommend cranking this when you are waiting in the car outside of the Safeway!
