Amazing Spider-Man Omnibus, Vol. 1 (Variant Version)

In association with Amazon.com

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A must for all spidey fans!
I bought this with trepidation. All I can say as I hold the book in my hand is that the production is very good, coloring is excellent, bind quality is good - we need to see if it will last a few years. I wish they bring to print- Captain America from issue one to the current; Daredevil and Iron man from the first issue to the current. Last but not the least I wishy they bring out extinct super heroes- The Web, Steel Sterling Man of Steel, The Hangman, The black hood, The Phantom and Mandrake in such volumes too.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - magnificent!
a pop-art masterpiece. i like spiderman: the only superhero who got superproblems. spiderman's first years are the best.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Simply great
Georgeus, great, fantastic.

For everybody who likes Spiderman, regardless the point in time you started loving this superhero. Mid 80's, 90's or after watching the Sam Raimi's recent movies.

It's great having the opportunity to look back at how it all begun and get in one super sized and very carefully designed volume all the materials from the 2 first years of Spidey.

A shopping you won't regret. Now I want more. I will save some money again to buy the Darevil omnibus as well.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Sweet Sassy Molassey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow this is one huge book and it contains all of the Lee/Ditko goodness that there ever was or will be. Beautiful book, I had some reprints of this material when I was a little kid and after I got older I always wanted a collection of only Lee/Ditko material and lo and behold three Spider-man movies later Marvel unveils this mammoth book of the first 38 issues as well as other early appearances of the Webhead. Amazon's price is very nice and certainly cheaper than what will be found in a comic book store, not that folks shouldn't support their local comic book stores but a deal is a deal. The book does is titled as Volume 1 so just as there has been a volume 2 of the Fantastic Four, there very well may be a Volume 2 of The Amazing Spider-man within a few years.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Awesome book!
The full Stan Lee/Steve Ditko Spider-Man saga in beautifully reproduced color lovingly bound in a heavy, hardcover stock. A must have for those who love the earliest Spider-Man magic!
